We are on the lookout for talented performers from the New England area and beyond. If you have a solid act and would like to perform at our show, we’d like to hear from you.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Talent: We are looking for performers who stand out in the crowd.
Locals: Preference goes to performers who are local to the area (New England, New York, New Jersey). The closer you are to our show, the better.
Facebook: You have a strong Facebook presence. The more fans you have on your shows fan page the better you rate.
Interactive: You have good banter with the audience and/or you pull audience members into your show. We are looking for engaging performances over ones simply there doing their thing.
Street Work: Once your stage show is done you are in the streets engaging guests of the Faire in conversation, having your photo taken with them, and inviting them to see your next show. If you have a street bit on top of your stage performance, this is a plus in your favor.
Recommendations: One or more of our current performers recommend your act.

We will need the following information with your initial contact:

Day Rate: What will your show cost us per day.
Show blurb: A brief explanation of your performance suitable for our website entertainment page. Make your show sound irresistible to us.
Internet: We need a URL for your website and Facebook Fan Page.
Photos: We need photos of you in costume preferably performing.
Video: Video of your performance. This is a virtual audition, after all, so wow us.
Audio: If you are a singer or musician samples of your audio if no performance video is available.

Please note: We receive numerous emails, promotional packets, CDs, and calls regarding independent acts. If you don’t get back to you it isn’t because we don’t like your show. It is more likely because we have something very similar and don’t want to overlap. Don’t worry! We save your information and will reach out to you as soon as we have a space to fill.
