SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES...
 Get ready for a special Halloween event like nothing you’ve ever seen before as the Pumpkin King joins King Arthur for an extended-hours event. Beginning at 5:30pm the Faire slowly transitions from happy harvest festival to haunting Halloween fun.
Throughout the village zombies wander the streets looking for opportunities to pose for fun photos; there are costume contests for kids and adults; a chance to have your picture taken with the Pumpkin King; fire shows light up the night and dazzle audiences; jack o’ lanterns cast an eerie glow upon the streets as crowds shuffle back and forth to see the shows leading up to the “Joust to the Undeath”; hot mulled cider, pumpkin pie, shopping, and fun for all awaits.
When the bell tolls eight and thirty, mortals are invited to watch the Witch Queen and a Death Knight take to the field of shadows where they joust upon Nightmares for the right to escape Limbo. The victor will gather souls for the dark one for a year’s time. The Headless Horseman, Jack of the Lantern, joins the battle in a contest where there can be only one. Magic will scorch the air, fiery lances will shatter in the night with unholy vengeance, and flaming swords will cut to bone. Bring your friends, your family, and even your enemies… nobody wants to die alone.
This ghoulishly fun event begins in the evening toward the Faire’s regular close time and is included with your admission! This is a MUST SEE event because there is no other Halloween event ANYWHERE like it.

- New Joust Arena: Our haunted joust is moving to a different location unseen during the regular Faire day to allow for better seating.

 Safe Trick or Treat [4:00 – 6:00] Bring your little ghosts and goblins and “Trick or Treat” in the safety of the Faire at numerous participating merchants. Visit any merchant with a Jack O’ Lantern in front of their booth. While you’re there, be sure to take a look at their incredible wares ranging from jewelry, perfumes, and housewares to armor, swords, and collectables. Every Saturday.
Zombie Walk: If you love zombie then don’t miss an opportunity to shuffle around during our Zombie Walk. There are plenty of fun photo ops from our camera loving zombies. Every Saturday.
Thriller: Don’t miss the CTRF cast transformed into zombies dancing to "Thriller". Every Saturday.
Adult Costume Contest: Dress to impress for our Halloween costume contest where adults can win prizes. October 27 Only.
Kids Costume Contest: Dress to impress for our Halloween costume contest where kids can win prizes. October 20 Only
Fire by Knight: See fiery arrows and seige weapons with exploding targets in this incredible night time demonstration. Every Saturday.
Joust to the Undeath [8:30 – 9:00] Howl and hiss for your favorite knight as The Headless Horseman and a Death Knight battle to the undeath on unholy Nightmares. Fiery lances will shatter, flaming swords will cut bone, and you’ll witness an epic battle unlike anything ever seen by the living before.
